UK Delivery Charges for Small Orders
For all UK destinations, including offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands, delivery charges normally vary between £5.75 and £6.90, depending on how urgent your order is. Other destinations are charged according to cost.
UK Delivery Charges for Larger Orders
For most mainland UK destinations, except the Scottish Highlands and Islands, delivery charges normally start at £11.30, depending on how urgent your order is. Some longer rolls cost more. Other destinations are charged according to cost.
Returns and Samples
Fabrics, laces, and other items cut to specific length for your order are classed as 'made to measure' products, and once cut we cannot refund these items. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to request a sample before ordering. If the precise shade is very important, please order a 'Stock Cutting" and reserve the stock at the same time, to ensure you get the exact same shade.
Most items are in stock at any one time and if an urgent order is placed before 12 noon we can usually despatch the same day; but if your requirement is especially urgent, please contact us to check availability as early as possible. Non-urgent orders are usually despatched within 3 days. If you must receive your order before a certain date, please make this clear when ordering. Please bear in mind that it is possible for some items, especially laces and patterned fabrics, to be out of stock for many weeks when waiting to be remade.
Check and Inspect on Receipt
Goods must be inspected as soon as possible after delivery and any damage, shortage, or defects reported to us immediately in writing (eg: email). This does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions
Delivery Outside of the UK
- Delivery times quoted by the carriers may be subject to customs clearance. Delivery may take longer to more remote areas.
- You will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or other charges in your country.
- The parcel carrier might need to contact you by the telephone number or email address which you have given us. Please respond to any communications as soon as possible.
- If you fail to respond to communications, or to pay any duties, taxes, or other charges required to release the goods to you, within the stated time, the goods may be returned to us in the UK or disposed of by Customs in your delivery country. If the goods are returned to us, you will be liable for all costs incurred by us in connection with the return.
