This Slubbed Satin material is a drapey, medium weight, and reversible satin fabric. Both the matt 'dupion' side and the very shiny satin side of this versatile polyester dress fabric, have the imitation silk 'slub' lines. A popular low cost bridal fabric for bridesmaids, bride and other wedding outfits, proms, evening gowns, etc. Using both sides in the same garment allows many effects, such as a top in the satin and bottom in the matt, or a whole garment in the satin, with matt trimmings.
