Wide (140-145cm) satin back polyester crepe, or satin back crepe, is a very drapey, medium weight, and reversible crepe fabric. This low cost wedding fabric is ideal for figure-hugging, flowing or drapey 'Grecian' styles. Popular for dressmaking bridesmaids, budget bride, and other wedding outfits, proms, evening gowns, etc. Using both the very shiny satin side, and the matt crepe side in the same garment, allowing a top in the satin side and bottom in the crepe, or a whole garment in the satin with crepe trims.
