This polyester satin is a versatile and reversible crepe back satin dress fabric. It is very drapey, medium weight crepe satin material, ideal for figure-hugging, flowing or drapey styles. This low cost crepe backed satin is a popular bridal satin for brides on a budget, bridesmaids, proms, evening gowns, etc. Using both the very shiny satin side, and the matt crepe side in the same garment, allows many useful effects, such as a top in the satin side and bottom in the crepe, or a whole garment in the satin with crepe trimmings.
